Green Valley Country Club Golf Course is situated in a beautiful countryside and benefits from the hundreds of trees and shrubs. There are some very difficult holes, including longish water carries on the opening holes of both sides. Fairways give many sloping lies and many of the greens are hidden behind huge mounds. The four par fives are all tough holes; the 11th and 18th particularly so, as water hazards line both sides of the fairway. Clever placement of bunkers and undulating greens add to the difficulties of this very exacting course. The clubhouse is opulent and dining here is expensive.

HOLE 18 –PAR 5 (567 YARDS)

Homeward bound with only 2 or 3 shots to the putting surface but what shots .  The tee shot has water on the left and fairway bunkers guarding the right of the landing area.  The second shot plays with water on the right and traps on the left. Should you decide to go for 2 on, you must play a draw from left to right but miss it only to the left.  The approach to the green must be precise as the diagonal green sits right on the lake.  A birdie finish means you have executed four good strokes and will be on the tee again tomorrow.
